A Göreme airport shuttle needs the airport on your flight and the address where you want to finish. Kayseri and Nevşehir Kapadokya are different airports. A booking labelled only “Cappadocia transfer” leaves too much unclear, especially when you also plan a Derinkuyu visit.

Compare a shared shuttle with a private transfer by the exact airport, drop-off, luggage and delay terms. The hotel ride and the museum ride are separate legs unless the quote joins them explicitly. Göreme airport shuttle or private transfer

Shared shuttle

This fits a traveller who accepts a shared ride and the operator's collection and drop-off order. Ask whether your hotel is covered, where you meet and how long the service waits. A low fare is less useful if it ends at a point that needs another ride.

Private transfer

This fits a party wanting one vehicle for the agreed leg. Check the full party and luggage space, not only passenger seats. Its trade-off is the quoted total for that service. A private vehicle is not automatically a guided day or a waiting car at the museum.

Pickup, luggage and delays

Confirm the meeting sign or contact method. Ask about checked bags, large items and any child-seat request before paying. Keep the answer with the transfer record. A flight delay policy should say whether the driver tracks the flight, waits or requires you to contact the operator.

For the return, give the flight departure and airport. Let the operator plan collection for that connection, then check the airline's check-in rules. Do not reuse the arrival ride time as a guarantee for the return.

Settle the hotel arrival first. If you want to continue straight to Derinkuyu, request a new route with waiting and return stated. The museum's official address is in Derinkuyu town. Museum entry and guiding must be listed separately.
